dotData Insight on Databricks integrates with Databricks’ Unity Catalog. In addition to managing data in the catalog, dotData Insight also benefits from the advanced data and AI governance provided by Unity Catalog, including data access controls. Unified governance via Unity Catalog enables secure analysis tailored to each department’s needs.
Seamless Integration with Databricks’ Analytical Functions
dotData Insight’s output, such as business drivers and scorecards, is stored and managed in Unity Catalog/Delta Lake. The seamless integration with model development using Databricks Notebooks and Databricks analytical functions, such as AI/BI Dashboards and AI/BI Genie, enhances and accelerates data utilization on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
dotData Insight 2.0 also expands output connectors to primary data sources, including Snowflake and SQL Server.
